We stand behind every installation with a Seasonal Stay-Up Guarantee and 3-Year Product Warranty.
Seasonal Installation Guarantee:
Your lights are guaranteed to remain securely installed throughout the agreed holiday season. If a strand or fixture falls due to our workmanship, we'll return to secure it at no additional charge.
3-Year Product Warranty:
Christmas lights, decorations, and materials provided and installed by VELA Christmas Lights are covered for 3 years, provided VELA handles installation and takedown each season, subject to the warranty terms.
Seasonal Maintenance:
If a covered light or decoration stops working during the holiday season, we'll repair or replace it at no additional charge.
Exclusions:
Damage caused by extreme weather, third-party tampering, unauthorized modifications, or products not supplied by VELA may not be covered.
